Dear Adam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am excited to share some news and important requests regarding Fentanyl Fathers. Before I get started – here we are on the news tonight – the lead story as a solution to five overdoses – Top Stories:
https://www.youralaskalink.com/news/local/concerns-grow-over-drug-use-among-students-in-asd/article_bca5019d-9a34-541d-8102-cda4646d40c5.html and https://www.alaskasnewssource.com/2023/04/12/5-anchorage-school-district-students-overdose-fentanyl/
Fentanyl Father’s own Sandy Snodgrass presented our program today to 150 attending principals and school leaders.
First, I am thrilled to announce that Fentanyl Fathers has been officially recognized as a standalone 501c3 by the IRS. Additionally, we have had a breakthrough in Alaska, specifically in Anchorage, where there has been a universal demand for our program’s school assemblies in response to the above referenced recent overdoses. We plan to fill demand by booking Anchorage schools through May 2nd, presenting a minimum of 30 school assemblies.
NARCAN will displace the currently used Kloxxado brand with your sponsorship. I am writing to request immediate financing of $30,000 to cover the costs of this opportunity, as we need to act quickly. We are currently writing grant applications for EBSI, but we are concerned that it will take too long to receive funding, and the immediate opportunity in Alaska cannot wait. Alaska schools let out in early May.
Furthermore, I would like to extend an invitation for you to join our Board of Directors. We unanimously voted in favor of your membership, and we believe that your expertise and guidance would be invaluable to our mission of becoming Fentanyl’s MADD.org.
In May, we have assemblies booked in Michigan and Ohio, and I am hoping that you can attend the Seaholm High School Assembly on May 10th in the Auditorium. We will also be in Ohio on May 22nd for Willard High School to follow up from our first Ohio Assembly – Perkins High School – on May 4th.
Finally, we are happy to report our new board member-elect, Mr. Skip Church, formerly of MADD.org.
Thank you for considering our requests, and we look forward to hearing from you soon as we work together to save 279 lives a day.
Warm Regards,
Greg Swan
PS: I will follow up with a text message to ensure you receive this important email.–
