Good evening Ms. Thoman,

I wish to again stress how much I appreciate the lifesaving powerful presentation that was received today at G. Holmes Braddock Senior High School. The collective experiences and expertise of the distinguished and effective members of your team shared valuable information that will certainly leave a lasting positive impact on those that attended the assembly. Everyone connected to the words and the material was presented in the perfect format; evidence of this is – the stage captured the attention of hundreds of high schoolers and they were ALL focused on “the message” (you have NO idea what a HUGE accomplishment that truly is).

The material personally blew my mind and touched my heart and will forever be imbedded in my resources for education. WoW! What a serious problem and although your work is cut out for your team and spreading any message has its challenges – – the presentation is spot on – – and it is and will continue to promote “safe” choices for those that see it.

I am just following up to confirm my interest in sharing my experience with this presentation with the 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project. As the Site Director of the Braddock Chapter I recognize the importance of getting this information into the minds of as many young people, educators and mentors as possible, which is critical for this fight. Bringing your well developed program to the masses will ensure we can all claim victory over this alarming problem that takes our bright future away: one life at a time.

I would like to recommend for this program to be included in the educational component that is offered to the 5000 Role Model members districtwide but would like to discuss some details prior to that conversation. Please let me know when you have some time to answer some questions I have.
