Epilogue: The Road Ahead

Typically a trajedy forces a School Distict’s hand to offer us an assembly opportunity – that is how we started in Alaska and it’s also the current case with 16 year old Layton Ivans in Texas’ Georgetown ISD. Proactively we (The DEA & Fentanyl Fathers National Partnership) need to send America’s 25,077 principals a letter like this from Senator Scott – but adding the urgency that San Diego County used by madating Fentanyl awarness in schools. Though the letter offering our assembly opportunity will be mostly ignored at first, when Fentanyl inevitably kills again – this time in their school, we’ll be on record for having warned them and THEN they will most likley help us present to students in repsonse to their unexpected local tragedy.
